Current Pre-Orders
Arriving Early-November (previously Late-October)
We've heard news of a short delay at our port. The following kits are now due to arrive the week of the 4th November, one week later than expected.

Please allow for up to 5 days for your tracking to be updated once the stock arrives in our warehouse. Our warehouse team will always do everything we can do get preorders out as quickly as possible.
Want your order sooner?
If you would like to receive your order sooner, we are happy to help! Please check blow for the options we can offer.
SWAP - We can swap your preordered kit for an in-stock design so that you receive your order sooner.
SPLIT - We can split your order so that your in-stock kits will arrive first. This will incur an extra shipping cost, to cover the second shipment.
SPEED UP - We can update your shipping to an Express option, if you would like your preorder as soon as possible once it is restocked.

Pre-Order FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Please check the delivery window above for your specific kit that you have preordered. Different designs may have different delivery windows.
Please allow the full week window for your kit to be delivered to our warehouse and to be fulfilled at our warehouse.
While we try to be as accurate as possible with our date estimates, there can be small delays that are out of our hands.
When will my order arrive with me?
Once our warehouse has fulfilled your preorder, it will then be passed on to our couriers and make it's way to you. You will receive a tracking link via email that will have the estimated delivery window - this will depend on what country you're located in and what type of shipping you selected at check-out.
Will the rest of my items be shipped separately?
If you order a preorder item, your full order will be sent once the item is back in stock. You will not receive your order in a split shipment.
If you would like to receive your other items first, then we are happy to help! We can split your order into 2x shipments, however you will need to cover the postage cost of the second shipment.

Can I change the shipping details on my preorder?
Yes! We're happy to help change the shipping information on your preorder, provided that the stock has not already arrived and that your order has not been packed.

Help! I didn't mean to order a preorder.
If you've accidentally ordered a preorder item, not to worry! We can help with a few options:

How long will my order take to be fulfilled once it is restocked?
Once the new stock has arrived in our warehouse, it will take us between 1-3 days to fulfil your order. Our team will always try to get orders out as quickly as possible, often sooner than the 3 days. However we ask that you give our team patience as we work to get your orders out.
