Refund policy

Making sure you love your new kit and creation is our top priority, so we want to ensure that shopping for your new favourite hobby is totally stress free!! 💖

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Has your kit arrived damaged or is something missing? Contact us with a description and photos of the damaged item and we can help fix the issue ASAP! We can provide replacements if a kit is faulty or refund your purchase if a replacement is unavailable.

 

REFUNDS:

If you are entitled to a refund (which must be confirmed with us at hello@craftclubco.com) we will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund so there may be a delay.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

Due to popular demand, sometimes we offer products on preorder. If this is the case, 'preorder' will be visible on the product page so you will know. Anything that is not labelled 'preorder' is in stock and will be shipped within the regular fulfilment period. For preordered stock, we aim to fufill these orders as soon as we have stock available. Please check each product page for the expected delivery window.

We are not liable if your order cannot be fulfilled within the time frame stated above, however we will accept refunds for all pre-orders if you require. 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS:

To organise a return, please email us at hello@craftclubco.com.

In the case of a damaged/incorrect item we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send this back to us. If the item was not damaged/incorrect and you are returning a kit due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

If you are returning an item, please ensure you have tracking as we cannot be held responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

 

EXCLUSIONS TO OUR POLICY:

Occasionally we may have items that cannot be returned/exchanged. If an item is excluded from our returns policy, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Items that cannot be returned are sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (eg. Food), custom items (eg. Personalised products) and personal hygiene products (eg. Earrings).
