SHIPPING POLICY

Yay! If you're reading this then you've either a) already ordered a kit from us and wondering where it is, or b) thinking about ordering a kit from us. Either way HOORAY 🎉 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Due to popular demand, sometimes we offer products on preorder. If this is the case, 'preorder' will be visible on the product page so you will know. Anything that is not labelled 'preorder' is in stock and will be shipped within the regular fulfilment period. 

If you've purchased a preorder item, your full order will be fulfilled when the preorder stock arrives. We will not split your order, meaning that any in-stock items you have ordered will be shipped together when the preorder arrives. If you'd like to get in-stock items sooner, we highly recommend placing a separate order so that you can receive them quicker.

For preordered stock, we aim to fulfil these orders as soon as we have stock available. Please check each product page for the expected delivery window.

We are not liable if your order cannot be fulfilled within the time frame stated above, however we will accept refunds for all pre-orders if you require. 

 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ALL ORDERS

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This only applies to some countries and is dependent on the laws of the country you live in.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for your order.
  • Craft Club does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Craft Club.

 

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES & RATES

Craft Club ships from an international warehouse. This allows us to reach most customers in the world in as short as time as possible and allows us to offer as many kits as possible without them being sold out.

We have to say 7-14 days to cover our own bums, but generally our standard shipping is a lot quicker if you're in a major metropolitan city.

Please note that once a shipment has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the courier or postal service. If you have issues with receiving your order, you may need to contact the shipping provider directly. But we'll help you wherever possible!

Craft Club offers flat rate shipping of $6.95 for all kits.

Want it sooner? 📦 We have express shipping available for $14.95.

Regular shipping will take 5-10 days to arrive.

🇳🇿 New Zealand: 

All NZ orders have flat rate shipping of $9.95 NZD for Regular Shipping and $14.95 NZD for Express Shipping.

Regular shipping will take 5-10 days to arrive.

🇺🇸 United States: 

US Flat Rate: $8.95 USD for Regular Shipping and $19.95 USD for Express Shipping. 

Regular shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

We offer £7.95 for Regular Shipping and £14.95 for Express Shipping.

Regular shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive.

🇸🇬 Singapore: 

Singapore Flat Rate: $9.95 SGD for Regular Shipping and $14.95 SGD for Express Shipping.

Regular shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive.

🇨🇦 Canada: 

Canada Flat Rate: $14.95 CAD for Regular Shipping and $19.95 CAD for Express Shipping. 

Regular shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive.

🇪🇺 Europe:

Europe Flat Rate: €9.95 for Regular Shipping and 13.95 for Express Shipping.

Regular shipping will take 7-14 days to arrive.

 

CUSTOMS & TARIFFS

In most cases, Craft Club covers tariffs (especially for our US customers) giving you the peace of mind to shop with us. However, sometimes customs will hold orders for any number of reasons. This is something we don't have control over. If it does occur, we'll reach out with alternative options for you.

Sometimes you may be asking to pay duties and tariffs depending on your country. If this occurs, please reach out and we'll sort out an alternative solution for you.
